Morris Palter

Morris is the Artistic Director of Ensemble 64.8 at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Outside the University, Morris has started a ragtime band, co-founded NOISE, won the 2012 Rasmuson Foundation Artist Fellowship, among many other musical accomplishments.
