Paul Buyer is a percussionist in every way. Player, author, educator, clinician and Second Vice President of the Percussive Arts Society.
Paul is Director of Percussion, Director of Music, and Professor of Music at Clemson University. In 1990 Paul was an award winning member of the Star of Indiana Drum and Bugle Corps. Besides being the Second Vice President of PAS, Paul is also Career Development Editor for Percussive Notes, the official PAS journal.
